With over 35 years of history, they have encompassed a broad range of residential construction and their finely crafted custom homes can be found in many of the Valley's finest areas, including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Desert Mountain, Phoenix, Carefree and Silverleaf. Their fit and finish standards, high-level of craftsmanship and green building methods are consistent across all levels of home construction and renovations. Their extensive experience in a broad range of specialized home building makes them uniquely qualified to serve their homeowners.
HERSH24k Luxury Properties is led by David Hersh, founder of WOW Luxury Properties, who was professional sports' youngest team owner at the age of 23. Hersh has the distinction of operating at every management level of professional baseball including the New York Yankees. Hersh also spearheaded the construction of public and private stadiums, franchise transactions, lease and funding negotiations and turnaround strategies. He has raised millions in equity to purchase franchises and sold branding and incentive programs and stadium naming rights to some of the largest corporations in the world.
Over the years, Desert Foothills Landscape has fine-tuned their artistic approach to landscape design and installation. Their techniques are based on decades of successful installations that began small and grew over time to an impressive "WOW FACTOR" scale. They have built up an extensive palette to work with and they are able to pull from it on-site to create vignettes as they go. In the beginning stages, they walk you through a clear plan of the elevations in the yard and the placement of the focal vignettes that will create the flow through your landscape journey.
